Award-winning singer/songwriter Cindy Alexander to perform at Vaudeville Mews

Award-winning songwriter Cindy Alexander will bring her talents to the Vaudeville Mews stage this Saturday, May 19 in support of her ninth studio album, “Nowhere To Hide” (Blue Elan Records). 

Doors open for the all-ages performance at 6 p.m. and the show begins at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $10.

Alexander, a Los Angeles-based artist, has garnered a multitude of awards in recent years, including David Foster’s/NBC Star Tomorrow, L.A. Music Awards Songwriter of the Year/ Independent Pop Album of the Year/ Producer’s Honors – Best of Last 25 Years Female Singer-Songwriters, All Access Magazine’s Best Female Pop Vocalist, and many more.

Alexander has shared the stage with the likes of John Hiatt, Bacon Brothers, America, Suzanne Vega, Joan Osborn, Rick Springfield, Beth Hart, Everclear, The Bangles, Edwin McCain and Marc Cohn, and has appeared on compilation CDs alongside Sarah McLachlan (“Chilled Sirens”), Aimee Mann (“Eclectic Cafe”) and Norah Jones (“Sunday Brunch”). She has also appeared on soundtracks such as “Sugar & Spice” and has been featured in films like “Here on Earth,” “Smokers,” and “Sugar & Spice.”  Cindy also made her mark on TV in shows like “Party of 5,” “Chasing Farrah,” and “So You Think You Can Dance.”
