Kenny Chesney returning to Wells Fargo Arena Thursday

Country music superstar Kenny Chesney makes a return trip to Wells Fargo Arena tonight in support of his “Songs For The Saints” tour and album of the same name, which was released in 2018.

Tickets are available at HyVeetix.com or at the venue box office. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., and showtime is 7 p.m. sharp. David Lee Murphy will open the show.

Chesney is an 8-time country music Entertainer of the Year winner who has racked up an impressive 29 No. 1 singles, and sold more than 30 million albums in his 25-year career. Chesney won the Billboard Touring Award for Top Package Tour five consecutive years between 2005-2009, and again in 2011.

A tailgate party will be held prior to the performance from 3-6 p.m. this afternoon, featuring drinks, food and a performance by Iowa’s own, country artist Royce Johns.
