Pitbull to make a pitstop at Wells Fargo Arena in August

American rapper Pitbull will make a stop at Wells Fargo Arena on Aug. 21 on his “Can’t Stop Us Now Summer Tour,” with special guest Iggy Azalea. Showtime is 8 p.m. Tickets are on sale to the public Friday, April 15 at 10 a.m. exclusively through Hy-VeeTix.com, the Wells Fargo Arena Ticket Office, or any Ames/Des Moines Hy-VeeTix.com location.

Pitbull, aka Armando Pérez, aka Mr. Worldwide, is bringing his “Can’t Stop Us Now” tour to more than 50 cities across the United States. Pitbull, a Miami-based rapper who has gained fame with songs such as “Give Me Everything” and his collaborations with the likes of Jennifer Lopez and Kesha, is one of the most popular rappers in the genre today, with multiple No. 1  hits and multi-platinum albums. Azalea is an Australian rapper who has collaborated with the likes of Ariana Grande and Charli XCX.
