Cody Johnson to play Casey’s Center

Cody Johnson will bring his traditional country music show to Caseye’s Center in Des Moines on Saturday, May 9  at 7:30 p.m.

Johnson has gained acclaim with his Texas country stylings, which began with his first album release in 2006. His 2019 album “Ain’t Nothin’ To It,” turned the spotlight on Johnson’s talents, and he’s been on an upward trajectory ever since.

Known for hits like “‘Til You Can’t” and “Human,”Johnson has built a loyal following thanks to the strength of his live shows. Johnson had to cancel many dates on his last U.S. tour when he suffered a ruptured ear drum which required surgery and a lengthy recovery period. This tour will mark his first venture back onto the stage.
